About Our Family Business
Rooted in the Twin Cities, JJ&N Construction is a family-owned remodeling team driven by a Vietnamese and Ecuadorian couple. As locals raising our children here, we approach every renovation with the same personal care we give our own home, ensuring expert skill and honest dialogue for every neighbor.
Our Process
Here’s how we make remodeling your home feel simple and stress-free. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, we stay hands-on, communicative, and focused on the details so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.
Final Walkthrough
When the work is complete, we walk the space with you, take care of any final touch-ups, and make sure you’re 100% happy with your new remodel before we call it done.
Design & Approval
Next, we create a clear plan and design that fits your vision and lifestyle. You’ll review layouts, materials, and pricing so you can approve everything with confidence before we begin.
Build & Management
Once the plan is set, our family-led crew manages the entire build—coordinating trades, protecting your home, and keeping the site as clean and safe as possible while we work.
Initial Consultation
We start with a friendly, no-pressure conversation about your home, your goals, and your budget. We’ll walk through your space, answer questions, and share honest ideas about what’s possible.
